ADTRAN Refurbished Return and Warranty Policy

ADTRAN refurbished products are factory refurbished products for sale via eCommerce only.  These products may continue to be actively produced, discontinued or End-of-Life (EOL).  This affects the entitlements offered and the duration of the warranty provided.

Warranty Lengths

• ADTRAN refurbished product warranty will match the new product warranty with a max of up to 2 years for all products currently in production
• Products that are retired will have a 90 day warranty

Returning Products

• To obtain repair of unit suspected of defect, open an RMA: adtran.com/submitRMA-eCommerce.
